Donald Kadye is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years of industry experience, holding a B (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Building Construction (CIT, Australia). As a proud member of the Australia Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CQS, AIQS) and with Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (MASAQS), Donald has a proven track record of delivering exceptional cost management and financial expertise across a wide range of construction projects. His vast experience and attention to detail ensure that each project is completed efficiently and within budget. Donald’s commitment to excellence and his deep understanding of the construction industry make him a trusted professional and leader in his field.

Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience driving excellence across the engineering and construction sectors. Transitioning from a master technician in welding and boiler making to senior leadership, he possesses a rare “boots-on-the-ground” perspective coupled with strategic business acumen. Ronnie is recognized for managing large-scale, high-stakes projects, including mission-critical offshore maintenance for De Beers Marine.

His leadership style centres on being an organisational integrator, seamlessly bridging the gap between technical site execution and corporate objectives.
